Shipping returns

At Kartquick , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully content with your order, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and any included accessories.
• Items that are marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at orders@kartquick.com or 8778824667 within 3 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 Working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your item, we will send out the exchange (subject to stock availability).

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
